Tyer Profile
I live in a small town in the middle of Sweden called Alfta .
I've been fly fishing for as long as I remember, and I got my first fly rod when I was 9 years old . I learned to tie flies in 7´th grade in school, and after that I was hooked on fly fishing and fly tying. Today I´m 46 years old and it's still the best thing to do in my spare time, besides being with my family. The best I know is dry fly fishing for raising grayling and trout, with my own flies, of course. My favorite fish is grayling, a fish that I have in my home waters, just minutes from home. I love to fish for grayling and trout with caddis imitations, and It can be seen quite clearly in my fly tying where various caddis imitation dominate my fly tying. I am constantly trying to find new patterns to tie, and there is nothing better when you experimented a whole winter on a pattern and you can test it on raising fish, and you manage to get them to rise... |
