My names Michael Welburn.
I'm 30 years old from Seaham, England and I was 7 years old when I first started fishing. My dad took me to the river and I caught a flat fish (flounder) and he blanked! I was hooked from that day and have since fished all over for many of different species, bows, browns, grayling, carp, bass, and pollock on so on.
Now I only ever fly fish and spend most of my time on the river tees chasing the grayling and browns on the drys! I've been tying flies for about 6 years and spend a most of my time tying river patterns, however my favorite flies to tye has to be muddlers and wets for the still waters and lochs! I'm a sucker for a nice Katie!
